About Jewells Plumbing Co
Jewells Plumbing Co is the plumbing and gas team for Jewells, Bennetts Green and Redhead in Lake Macquarie. Licensed plumbers and gas fitters take the calls, quote the work and carry it out, from the brick-veneer houses of the 1970s build-out to the blocks closest to the surf.

Who Answers the Phone
Jewells Plumbing Co is staffed by licensed plumbers and gas fitters, and gas work is always done by a licensed gas fitter.
Jobs run in a set order. You describe the fault, we bring the gear it needs, and the price is named before anything is opened up. Photos and a detailed invoice follow the work, which helps landlords and strata managers keep their records straight.
What You Can Hold Us To
Four commitments apply to every booking, large or small.
"Not only all of that but the job came in right on quote." Steve
- Available 24/7 A burst hose at midnight gets the same answer as a dripping tap at midday.
- It costs nothing to get us out to your door (excluding after-hours)
- We provide up-front, honest quotes that will always match the final price, should you decide to go ahead.
- 365-day warranty on all work If a finished job needs another look inside the year, ring the same number.
A fixed quote takes the guesswork out of the bill. In one customer's words:
The Ground We Work On
Low sandy ground, salt carried in on the onshore wind, and a housing stock built in one wave so its pipes, tanks and fittings age together. A high water table makes anything buried harder to reach, and the swamp catchment rises fast when a storm comes through.
Here is where each part of the work lives on this site:
blocked drain clearing
Drains: blocked drain clearing and sewer work, filmed before and after
repairs and replacements
Hot water: repairs and replacements, heat pumps included
gas lines and appliances
Gas: gas lines and appliances, through to gas leak repairs
after-hours emergencies
Urgent faults: after-hours emergencies for bursts and surcharges
hidden leak tracing
Also on the books: hidden leak tracing, rental and strata jobs, leaf guard fitting and work for businesses
Beyond Jewells, we look after Bennetts Green, Redhead, Belmont North, Tingira Heights and Windale.
